• For best results, always record sporting events in Best or High quality.
• Consider recording the Games in 2-hour blocks (traditionally, broadcasters air Olympic coverage in
  two- four- or six-hour blocks) so you can delete as you go and make space for future recordings; use
  manual recordings by time.
• Remember, the guide data for live events like the Olympics are not always accurate; they publish
  planned events when possible, including the keywords of sporting events, but last-minute decisions/changes
  by the broadcaster are inevitable. Be prepared. Check the comprehensive NBCOlympics.com TV Viewing Interactive Guide regularly (available in early August) for the latest updates.
• Don’t forget: If you’re at work at the time you learn when NBC will be airing the events you want to watch, go to TiVo Central Online and schedule a recording for your broadband-connected TiVo Series2 DVR.
  That way, as Alan says, “I won’t have to stop at home after work to set up the recording; I’ll be able to go straight
  to dinner or the golf course with no worries about missing the best of Athens.”
• Create a WishList search for your favorite athletes and sports stars to catch them on your
  favorite talk shows (via satellite during the Games, or after their homecoming), and be on the ball
  to add new ones to your list. “You know new US stars will be created. It happens every Olympics,” says subscriber Ashu.
• Brad from Seattle had this excellent suggestion: “If you receive a Canadian station, record the
  coverage there, too. U.S. broadcasters tend to focus solely on American athletes, whereas the Canadian stations tend to show more athletes from
  around the globe.”
• Want fun for the whole family? Use the PAUSE button and bet
  a quarter on how far she’ll jump, what weight he’ll lift, etc.
• And last but not least… Wishing you had more recording space? Buy a second TiVo box!
