Check out the article. Until I saw this I wasn’t aware that TiVo had a ‘Special Markets’ sales team, or that they did things like this. It sounds like they use the broadband content delivery to send specialized content down to standard TiVo units being used for training purposes. And the TiVo interface gives them some opportunity for interactive content. I could also see special HME applications being used for training – quizzes, etc. That’s pretty cool.
