What’ll we do with a broken TiVo,
What’ll we do with a broken TiVo,
What’ll we do with a broken TiVo,
Earl-aye in the morning?

Chorus:
Way hay and down it crashes (x3)
Earl-aye in the morning

1. Send it in to TiVo ’til it’s fixed up,
2. Swap the drive and make it better.
3. Try the kick start and reset the system.
4. Put it in the trash and get another.

    Someone posted “What to do with a dead TiVo?” on the forums, and that got me started. ;-)

    And hey, if one dies, the new Series2DT is coming. :-)

    Don’t say that… Do you know how many people purchased the life time membership because the good people @ Tivo got rid of it. I avoided it because my Series 1 died an untimely death (minus extended warranty). And I couldn’t afford (or didn’t want to pay) for lifetime AFTER paying so much for my extended warranty on my current TIVO. (So when I learned it was going going gone. I bit the bullet. Now you try to jinx my box? That is not right.
