TiVo Appoints Steve Sordello to the Position of Chief Financial Officer

TiVo Inc. (Nasdaq: TIVO), the creator of and leader in television services for digital video recorders (DVR), today announced that it is appointing Steve Sordello to the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer effective August 21, 2006. Sordello was most recently Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Ask Jeeves, Inc.
