TiVoShanan’s YouTube page

I just discovered that Shanan, the woman you may know from the TiVo promo videos that pop-up on your TiVo Central menus from time to time, has her own YouTube page as ElfQueen. And she’s posted a number of her TiVo promo videos, including the intro videos that come preloaded on new boxes. I found her page because I was just thinking about capturing those of my S3 to share, because I think they make a great intro to TiVo to help explain it to non-TiVo users. First I thought I’d check YouTube to see if anyone beat me to it – and there they were, on her page.

She’s also posted the latest TiVo Central holiday promo, which is just showing up on TiVo boxes:

It looks like TiVo Tour 5 had been uploaded, but is gone now. Shanan has a TiVo Tour play list which lists TiVo Tour 5, but if you try to watch the video it is unavailable. Oh well, I left her a comment, maybe she can re-upload it. :-) I searched around but didn’t see any other uploads of it.

    While I’d be interested, I don’t think I’d share it on the community. I do read the journals and blogs of some other TiVo people already.

    Yea I kind of just stumbled on it. I was looking up information on her and it just appeared. She doesn’t update it much and she dosen’t talk about her work at TiVo which is cool because it shows you the person behind the part she plays in TiVo.
