Gizmodo just posted a deal on the Slingbox Pro and HD Connect. In what looks like a special offer tied to the recent NHL announcement, Sling Media is selling the Slingbox Pro and HD Connect for USD$179.99 or CAD$199.99. That combo is normally a USD$299.98 MSRP – so you’re saving about $120!

I have a Slingbox Pro connected to my TiVo Series3, and it is fantastic. I think it is one of the best additions to my A/V system, and I’m looking forward to the SlingCatcher later this year. If you’re one of the people who just picked up a Series3 with the recent rebate, this is a good next purchase.
